The Symposium on the Galician language is a conference organized by the student organization Comités at the University of Vigo.
Born from an initiative to make known the situation of the Galician language in the arts, cinema, literature, mass media... ultimately intended to serve as a meeting place for discussion about the standardization of Galician, promoting its use as an official language of Galicia and the University of Vigo.
