Master on Nutrition. Course 2017 / 2018
During this course attention will be given to the intern processes of our body. These will be addressed from different perspectives (biochemical, physiologic, endocrinologic, neurologic, sensorial, etc.).
The sessions will focus in how to identify the key factors involved in human nutrition and dietary habits; how to evaluate and analyses systems consisting of organs, glands, fluids, among others; and how to understand the way in which they interrelate.
