The session will focus on different models of innovation, the pros and cons of each model, both from a university-industry technology transfer perspective as well as a B2B perspective. The talk will also draw upon some of the practices used by innovative companies such as IBM in making innovation work both within the company as well as externally with other organisations. The session will further elaborate on open systems developed for innovation growth and sustainability.
