The Tempus-OSMOSE Project, funded by the European Commission and coordinated by the University of Bordeaux, seeks to promote the revitalization of sustainable structures and the training of staff from African partners leveraging the European experience. The European side of the project is a collaboration between the University of Bologna and the consulting company Arches, in addition to Bordeaux and Vigo universities. On the African side, the project includes nine Moroccan universities, three from Algeria and five from Tunisia, along with the R&D Maroc Association.
