Determination of Toxins involved in ciguatera and related seafood toxins

Campus do Mar Conferences series

Toxin profiles of representative ciguatera species from three regional waters of Japan were investigated in detail by LC-MS/MS analysis using 14 reference toxins and related bioactive polyethers as references. Distinct regional variations were revealed.
