Jacob de Boer unveils its vision for organic pollutants of the marine environment, which acts as a sink for many pollutants. Pollutants released by factories, waste incinerators, treatment plants, sewage, pollutants get into groundwater, rivers and oceans or are transported by air and enter the marine environment in the rain.
