Japanese scientist, Takeshi Yasumoto, Professor Emeritus of Tohoku University and Doctor Honoris Causa by the University of Vigo, participated in the lecture series of Campus do Mar and did so with a paper that dealt with marine biotoxins, subject to which he devoted his research career and which led him to find new methods of analysis that will better protect human health and the economy of the growers of bivalve molluscs.
