Geert Leus, an engineer at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, is an award-winning international expert. His research focuses on signal processing and new underwater digital communication systems. "With this project we try to follow various guidelines and compare different experiments to see which modulations are most appropriate for certain formats of communication," said Leus during the second cycle of lectures of Campus do Mar.
