The module entitled ‘Port infrastructures, management and maritime transport’ aims to bring the students of the Doctoral Program in Marine Sciences, Technology and Management closer to those legal aspects related to the management of maritime companies. Specifically, the study will focus on maritime-fishing companies and shipping companies for the transport of goods. For them, national and international aspects will be analyzed, as well as the resolution of international controversies. Likewise, the international tax aspects of these maritime-fishing companies and their workers will be analyzed.
